Thanks for dropping by. I do eat grapefruits (and drink lemon water) regularly because they are naturally cleansing and detoxifying for the body. But I also walk a few times a week and eat mostly foods that are low on the glycemic index. I believe you will see results after a few months if you eat the right foods and do simple regular exercises.  The weight loss is gradual, but is more permanent.  Quick fix weight loss solutions rarely do work.
