About Me

Welcome To My Blog,
Right Eating Habits.com.

Hi, my name is Teresa.

I’m a “jack of all trades” with a past life in corporate communications, non profit management, tour guiding, relief teaching, voluntary relief worker (I did somewhat make myself useful at the refugee camps!)

Now, I am a freelance writer, a health nut and a passionate advocate for healthy eating and organic living.

Purpose

I hope my blog and articles on health and nutrition will contribute to your understanding and motivation to live a healthier eating lifestyle.

My passion in learning about optimal health and nutrition started when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Overnight, our eating habits underwent a complete overhaul. Over a period of consciously following right eating habits, my mom recovered. Today, she is slim, healthy and extremely energetic for her age!

As for me, I finally lost the weight which I had desperately tried to lose for years! And the good news is – the weight loss is safe and permanent!

I realized that there is a way of eating that promotes health and healing – and a way of eating that does the exact opposite.

Today, my family and I practise moderately, Macrobiotic Principles in our daily eating habits and buy mostly organic for meals cooked at home.

At RightEatingHabits.com, you’ll find postings on nutritious healthy foods, right eating habits, recommended health resources and useful weight loss tips and health articles.

A Friend For The Journey To Good Health

I see myself as a friend who walks with you on your journey towards a healthier, happier and thinner you!

So, come along, add a comment and digg, bookmark or share this site if you find it helpful!

The recommended resources listed on this blog are there to support this blog and are not meant to turn me into a millionaire! (What’s a million bucks if you are not happy and spiritually in tune? But that’s another story!) Be assured that I wouldn’t recommend resources which I personally don’t believe in.

Eat Well And You Will Live Well!
